Standard Rates:

Nightly Rate:  $250/night (two night minimum)

Weekly Rate:  $1,375 (includes all tax and fees)

Monthly Rate:  $5,000 (includes all tax and fees)

4th of July Rates:

Nightly Rate:  $350/night (two night minimum)

Weekly Rate:  $1,425 (includes all tax and fees)

Fees:  Cleaning fees included in above rates!

• Weekly rental Saturday-Saturday

• Check-in:  3:00 pm

• Check-out:  11:00 am
